What keeps you motivated? What makes you run and stick to a training schedule? It’s not always easy to understand what motivates you. According to American psychologist Abraham Maslow’s theory, the key is to understand your desires (finding out what are your unsatisfied need), then set your goals based on those desires and then go for it! The article also points out a simple on-line test to find out those unsatisfied needs and proposes some motivational goals and activities based on the test results.
