July 19, 2008 · Filed Under Shoes & Gear, Training
If you are thinking of replacing your old – BPA-free or not - water bottle here’s a review of a couple of options you may want to consider. The Klean Kanteen bottle reviewed is a 40oz stainless steel container while the Camelback Better Bottle with Classic Cap is made of copolyester and with a capacity of 750ml. Both products are BPA-free, dishwasher safe, available in several colors and sizes and reviewed by a teamrunningfree’s runner.

Another option is the bpa-free titan water bottle with a built in carabiner clip. It’s made with the same non-toxic tritan plastic as the camelbak. It’s also the only bottle on the market to feature 1-handed operation. More info: http://best.waterbottle.ever.com
Between the 2, Klean Kanteen comes out the winner. Whether B-free or not, plastic is still plastic. When Bisphenol A is not used, what other chemical is used then? Anyway, took me some time, but finally got me bottle at http://www.singhealthstore.com in Singapore.
