Mortise Sunglasses by 180s Reviewed

180 Sunglasses
A couple of good reviews on the Mortise sunglasses made by 180s, a company that was unknown to me. The Mortise seem to standout with its gripping even when sweating, its interchangeable poly-carbonate lenses and a cool feature - the pivot guard that enables the temples to rotate over the lenses. A third post on this sunglasses also makes reference at the good customer service provided by 180s after frame snapped into two pieces.
As usual, some tech specs:

  • Temples rotate in front of the lenses, preventing lens scratching and temple breakage.
  • Lightweight, flexible Grilamid TR-90 temples reduce bow for streamline fit and superior strength.
  • Hydrophilic megol nose pad and temple tips deliver cushion and improved adhesion when you sweat.
  • Ophthalmic quality, decentered lenses are lightweight, shatterproof and scratch-resistant.
  • Collapses to a sleek 1” profile.
  • Weighs less than 1 ounce.
  • 100% UV Protection.
