The Stimulus is a super lightweight hard shell jacket from Mountain Hardwear fully waterproof, highly breathable and under 6 oz. Well rated wherever I read, the geargals have also a high opinion on this jacket (even duct taped :) The technical details:
- Made from Incite printed nylon tricot with a Conduit waterproof, breathable 2.5-layer laminate
- zWeldâ„¢ construction eliminates stitching and taping
- One-handed neck cinchcord holds in warmth, with a microchamois-lined chin guard
- Long back offers critical coverage
- Features two hand pockets, a chest pocket and an earphone exit hole
- Reflective detailing on front and back increases visibility
- At only 6 oz., this jacket packs up small, too
