There are lots of runners out there posting on the gear they are using and my pending-to-write-about pile is growing to a point I could sit on it and see Karl Meltzer running on the AT (also, a follow up is waiting on this too). The lugs on the bottom are almost boot-like. They are sticky and grab rocky trails with ease. Ankle support is typical of a lowtop shoe, so these could also be used as hikers for those who don’t need much support in the ankle area.”

Vasque Velocity & VST
“To test I ran with a Velocity on one foot and a VST on the other. The VST definitely felt softer than the Velocity both fore and aft. More stone bruising protection for the forefoot in the Velocity. Overall a touch harder and more stable feel but only incrementally.”

La Sportiva Slingshot is looking very comfortable and the stuff which is used in the shoes is very good quality. these kind of shoes are like UK online shoes or Branded shoes. these are best for running purpose.
