Black Warrior and Hagg Lake Results

Great weather on Saturday for the participants in the The Black Warrior 50K and 25K. A muddy course due to recent rain didn’t slow down racers and Jamie Dial and Wendi Parker-Dial broke both men’s and women’s record. 3:51:09 and 4:36:46 respectively were their great times. Complete results are posted on the race site: 50k and 25K.

On Saturday the Hagg Lake took also pace in its two flavors: 25K and 50K runs circling the Hagg Lake (twice for the 50K). A reasonably muddy course and sunny weather saw Lanny Gower finishing first in 3:48. Rod Bien and Brendan Trimboli were second and third crossing the finish line under four hours.
