    i’ve noticed simply through my own trials and errors that the effects of such seemingly minor form-related issues really add up and become amplified during an ultramarathon. this is a good video — i wish more emphasis was placed on form in the articles i read about trail running

    Great vid Scott. I’m a recovering slumper. :) I am still reminding myself not to during runs. I also found after changing my form from a mild heel striker to mid/forefoot; it eliminated a large part of my forward lean. It’s interesting to watch how changing mechanics in one area affect the other.
