Runner’s World has done a re-organization of their trail running section. It’s now easier to see at a glance on the homepage many of their articles, reviews, videos, etc . To “kinda” celebrate this, they have published an interview with Buzz Burrell. Manager of the La Sportiva Mountain Running Team, a principle of the Boulder Trail Runners Group, former record holder of the Colorado Trail and John Muir Trail, and much much more, this fifty-eight-year-old from Colorado is a trail running legend who has been on the trails for more than 40 years. On the article, Burrell gives several great tips for outdoor running: techniques for downhill and uphill running, what to bring on a 1/2/3 hour run, and other efficiency runnning tips.
