Canadian Running’s Gus Alexandropouls visits a Salomon store in Toronto for a crash course in running gear and new trail running products for the upcoming season. In the process, he learns that a trail shoe is a totally different animal from your standard running shoe– and that running off pavement with your normal shoe can hurt!
