Here’s a couple of podcasts I’ve stumbled upon lately and that I believe might be a good listening for those boring treadmill runs:
Humans Were Born To Run Barefoot: Audio from National Public Radio (All Things Considered) about a study on barefoot running: “Anthropologist Dan Lieberman, one of the proponents of the “human runner” school, concludes that we do it [running] better without shoes.” [3 min 49 sec]
An Interview with Liza Howard: interview on Enduranceplanet with the 2010 Rocky Raccoon 100 champion: “how did she cover the distance in 15 hours and 45 minutes to finish as the women’s champion and second overall? ” [15 min 03 sec]
